How to delete your account
In the app
- Open the menu and tap "Profile".
- Scroll down to "Delete Account".
- Optionally give a reason.
- Confirm the checkbox and tap "Delete Account".
Without logging in
No access to your account anymore? Just use the form below or email us – ideally from the email address you registered with.
What happens to your data?
When your account is deleted:
- Your account and profile data are deleted.
- Audio files and transcripts are automatically deleted at the latest 7 days after upload anyway.
- Billing-relevant data (e.g. invoices) is retained as required by tax and commercial law.

Important: cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings – otherwise it may keep renewing.
If you subscribed via the web version, cancel your subscription in your profile under subscription management, or just let us know in your deletion request.
